I actually asked my husband to get me an engraved piece of cutlery for every one of our anniversaries. One says “the first” one says “our 1st baby”, etc. It makes for an expensive piece of cutlery...but I like them and figured they would be useful and he wouldn’t have to think about what to get. </p> <p>When we were dating he quickly picked up tiny book at the mall that said “a book for girlfriends” but it was actually a book about your friend who is a girl... In it he wrote that it was a book that began to describe the ways he loved me. One page says “girlfriends are great because you can go shopping together”.
