I was out with my mom and MIL (oh boy!), we were running around picking stuff up for LO's party next week, and I guess we'd kept him out for too long, because he started crying in the middle of Macys! Usually shushing or swaying (I was wearing him), water, toy, or taking him out of the carrier to walk around helps but today he wasn't having any of it! I couldn't nurse him because I was wearing a crazy bra for trying on dresses...poor baby. By the time we got him to the car to go home, he had calmed down and was babbling (phew!) but I definitely caught some stink eyes on our way out!</p> <p>So...we're in the toddler years now, I guess? </p>
