Looks like neither is an issue. </p> <p>It's technically a temp position with possibility to perm. They brought up the perm possibility so I feel good about it being a real possibility versus just saying it to get me to take the temp job. It should take me right till I deliver. </p> <p>I went for the interview yesterday and it was basically to get me familiarize with the project they want me to work on. They've heard enough from past employers and Co workers that they they wanted to hire me. :D</p> <p>@Mamaof2: lol there are definitely moments but since I'm pregnant I get away with napping with her! :P</p> <p>@skibobrown: I didn't but I think a lot of that had to do with the fact that I knew it wasn't a permanent situation. I really loved those days with her, and having all the extra time in the week to run errands and do everything that falls between the hours of 6-bedtime when you WOH FT was really, really nice. It was fun to go to library storyhour with LO and do different activities with her during the week. It was awesome to have weekends that were not filled with “to-do”, and more just family time. I loved having more time to figure out and make dinner, and life was definitely more relaxed.</p> <p>That said, I don’t really miss that setup being back FT WOH. I guess… it is what it is, and letting myself feel sad isn’t productive so I try not to do it, even though in the back of my mind I think working 3 days a week would be the ideal setup. I know that sounds robotic, but, it’s also kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy; if you dwell on dislike of something, you’ll be more unhappy about it. I still sent her to daycare though so I could job hunt and get stuff done. But, I dropped her off late and picked her up early - I miss it SO much.
