Now I know what you're thinking... moving next to a parent/in-law in many cases can be a terrible idea. In our case DH gets along great with my mom &amp; my mom has pretty awesome boundaries to not interfere with our daily lives.... and since I work for her, she does DS's homeschool, AND he is always wanting to go stay with her anyways it's great that I won't have to drive across town anymore! She told me that the house they found does need quite a bit of work BUT she has no problem moving into it while they work on it and we will be moving into hers. Yea we'll have to move again probably around the New Year but it'll be ours to buy and pay off to my grandmother for practically nothing (we're all about keeping the money in the family and not to the bank)! Moving into my moms house will put our rent at 400 a month (~300 less than we're paying now) &amp; when we move into our HOME the mortgage will probably be around the same as my moms. Woot Woot! When they're finished we will be living in a cozy 1300 sqft 3 bedroom 2 bath, on the small side but it's a house and it'll be ours!</p> <p>I'm going tomorrow with my mom &amp; grandma to see it and get a quote for moving it!</p> <p>I'm SO excited, I'm ready to start packing NOW! lol </p>
