My milk started to dry up after I got my period at 4.5 months. At first I nursed more frequently but that was still not enough. Then I started supplementing with 2 oz of my frozen stash after certain nursing sessions. When my stash ran out I started using formula. Since I got pregnant my supply has slowly decreased. LO stopped unlatching himself and would just keep nursing until I took him off. He also started waking up at night to eat after he had been sttn for a couple weeks. This week I started giving him formula after his bedtime nursing session and he went back to sttn.
