Sure there were fights and claiming we didn't get enough attention, but I think that was more teenage drama than an actual issue. We are very close now too, especially the sisters (poor brother is the odd man out). I can remember trying to convince my mom to have another baby, then when she said she was too old, trying to convince her to adopt more. I guess we really liked babies. </p> <p>I will say as the middle child, I definitely did fall in a weird gap, like my brother and sister with in college, little sisters were still in elementary, and I was the only one in high school. After my brother was born I never asked my parents for another sibling or anything like that (pretty sure I never asked for my brother either :silly: ). I always thought my parents would have been better off if they stopped at 3....and I'm the 4th! There was a lot of conflict, a lot of competing for parents attention and just complete chaos most days with 4 girls. I won't have 4 for that reason. I'm pretty close with all my siblings but my sisters are definitely closer to each other than I am to them and then my only brother does kind of his own thing.
