My GD was controlled but the two factors got me an induction at about 39 weeks. LO and I were both fine post c-section. Yes, I ended up with a c-section due to heart rate issues with LO. I went into labor on my own at 38 weeks 4 days. My LO weighed 5lbs 13oz. I did have issues controlling my levels during labor and had to be given insulin through an IV. My diabetes was well controlled throughout pregnancy.
