I think my parents would read to me if I asked, but that was a rare occasion. My dad and uncle would record books on tape and trade them so we could play them whenever we wanted. I love reading and writing, and I think that early exposure contributed to my interests. I think it's so important to read to kids, and I'm excited about LO's growing book collection :)</p> <p>DH said he was never read to when he was little.
