My mom has 11 brothers and sisters, so used to hang out with my aunts, uncles and cousins a lot. She did get to be best friends with our neighbor after I kept going over there to play with her son - though they no longer speak. My parents were always participated at school and new other parents. We were really close from age 5-17 but we stopped being friends in high school...I don't even remember why! </p> <p>They have never let our old teenage drama get in the way of their friendship! :-) </p>
