Ok, this thread reminds me that the only way to know the sex is via u/s or finding out at birth!! We are tempted to find out this time, but I know someone who was told girl, and it was a boy. This is so rare, but I'm torn.

First pregnancy I had nausea for about 5 weeks and then it went away. I had horrible skin and really bad headaches. This time, I threw up hundreds of times and felt like absolute crap. My skin is better and no headaches. Both boys!

I was convinced at first that I was having a boy because this current pregnancy was so different and easier than my pregnancy with dd, but no! Both girls, but the first pregnancy was much harder--this time I think my body is just like "been there, done that" haha. Last time my nausea and fatigue were worse, this time I have more gas pain and constipation. I'm still tired and had some morning sickness early on, like it's not like I'm at normal levels of energy this time, but it's been much easier, despite having a 2-year old to chase

I have one of each and my pregnancies were completely different. With DS I had no morning sickness, my skin didn't change, and tons of food aversions. With DD I had awful MS, skin broke out a ton, and no aversions.

The only difference for me was that my nausea with my son went away at 20 weeks and I had less migraines. My nausea with my daughter only ended when I gave birth to her and I had many more migraines during that pregnancy. (And I gained a lot less weight with my daughter as a consequence of the nausea)

I was feeling really good, very hungry, and still working out a lot with my 1st (boy). No morning sickness ever!

2 years later--- horrible morning sickness, no energy, hard time eating. I remember sitting down in the shower in first tri from exhaustion and weakness. Girl!

Different genders and slightly different pregnancies. I was sicker the second time (boy) but also didn't have any swelling. I had some heartburn with my daughter and both had lots of hair. I carried the same and gained the same weight. I think my body felt better the second time since I was used to it and was caring for an almost-3 year old.

I've been pregnant with 3 boys. My first pregnancy was really easy symptoms wise (except hungry and huge sore boobs). My second pregnancy was a little bit harder, especially with nausea. My third was the hardest and I felt like crap. This pregnancy has been more similar to my first - a little more nauseous, but not as bad as my middle two pregnancies. We don't know what we are having yet as I'm only 10 weeks

I am in the middle of my third pregnancy.

My first two pregnancies were completely different, like night and day. I had two boys.

This pregnancy is VERY similar to my first pregnancy. This time I'm having a girl.

I was convinced this was a girl because everything was different - from how I was carrying/weight distribution, I had terrible acne (still getting breakouts), milder nausea/vomiting than I did with the first, terrible heartburn.. all things that were complete opposite of LO1!! But it's a second boy. haha.

My symptoms were largely the same between both pregnancies- they were more severe though with my DS (and first baby) than my DD. I was a showing a lot bigger and earlier with my DD (second baby) though she was also two pounds heavier.

I have two boys and I'm 18 weeks pregnant with a girl. The only noticeable difference for me is this time my acne is out of control! With both of my boys, my skin was perfectly clear, but this time, I feel like a teenager again.

Different pregnancies, different sexes. 1st pregnancy with DS was a BREEZE. Never threw up, once I got pass the first trimester I could've forgotten I was pregnant if it wasn't for the HUGE bump. 2nd (current) pregnancy I had it all. Sore boobs, dry hands, breaking out, little hair growth, throwing up...it's a girl. But oddly enough, I am super small with her and have let to gain a pound.

My 2nd pregnancy has been a breeze compared to the first. Almost none of the typical first tri symptoms. I was convinced my baby would be the other sex, but nope - two of the same.

Same gender, different pregnancy. My 2nd pregnancy has just been much harder; so I don't know if it would've been more similar without a toddler to take care of. I was sick till like 20 weeks 2nd time tho, vs just the standard 12 weeks.

I have one boy and one girl. Both of my pregnancies were fairly easy (especially the 1st). The symptoms were slightly more pronounced the second time, like slightly more nausea, more fatigue, more aches and pains late in pregnancy, but I think that was partially due to also having to care for a toddler and less time to care for myself. The main, highly noticeable symptom was libido. It was sky high with the boy and practically non existent with the girl. :silly:

For those of you with more than one LO, tell me how your pregnancies compared? My 2nd pregnancy is already pretty different than my first, and even though we're team green, I'm convinced we're having a boy this time because of how different it is.

Were your pregnancies the same? Different? Did you have kids of the same sex? Different sex?
