The exact same thing happened to me the first time my LO slept through the night, probably roughly around the same age. I don't think it's anything to be concerned about as long as they continue to have wet diapers for the rest of the day.

LO is 13 weeks old and sleeps usually from 9p-4a and then feeds and goes back down until I get him up to leave for work. He wakes up and usually has a very wet diaper. He didn't feed for very long at his 9pm feeding last night, but I thought he was just getting more efficient. He slept straight through the night and my husband woke him up at 730. I went to change him and his diaper was completely dry. Would you be concerned??
