Ones only 20 min away the other is in another state about 1.5 hours away. The one that is further away has elephants, hippos and a new aquarium.<br /> We also have an aquarium membership. My 3 year old loves animals so it's an easy no brained for us. </p> <p>Also, the zoo is awesome in the winter, fall and spring. We use them quite often.<br /> The play gym for rainy/snow days and the Legoland mostly for weekends or when we have friends visiting the city and in the summer when DH works booking the entertainment for the complex that LL is in. We get to go to a bunch of other participating museums for free (only stipulation is that the science ones have to be 90 miles radius away), and it's so fun when we travel. When we were in Boston, we went to the Harvard museum of natural history, the Boston science museum and Boston children's museum. All for free! They have both been totally worth it because they basically pay for themselves after 2-3 visits. The science museum is within walking distance so we literally go 1-2 times per month. We go to the aquarium once every 1-2 months. </p> <p>I have thought about the children's museum but that one doesn't pay back until like 5 visits, and it's further away from us so I don't think we'd go often enough to justify it. We didn't use it enough to justify it again though. I'm thinking of taking the girls to the zoo this spring and then seeing how they enjoy it, and may get a pass after that. I think it's around $80, so worth it if we go 3 times as a family. </p>
