If it's really hot, t shirt or tank top and diaper only. It tends to get chilly later in the night and he kicks off all the covers. We bedshare so he doesn't get too cold fortunately. And I would love to still dress him in one piece Jammies but they just don't fit his body type! A couple weeks ago, it got up to 100 degrees, so she slept in just a diaper. This week it's been chilly and raining, so she's been in long sleeve cotton two piece pjs. She's 9 months. Usually she sleeps in 1 piece Hanna footless jams. She's in size 75 but will be on 80 soon. On warmer days Gymboree 2 piece short jams 12-18 mo- love those. Sometimes just a short sleeve onesie or just cotton shorts.
