(I flew solo and wore the 12 mo old.) The reason is there are times I need both my hands free at the airport so I need the stroller to keep her contained. This includes at the ticket counter, at security, buying food, when I need to pee, etc.</p> <p>What if you get delayed or stuck and have to wait in one of those long lines to rebook and he is over it? I traveled with her solo and have never wished I had a stroller.</p> <p>ETA: One thing that always helps my LO along in an airport (or anywhere!) is to tell her I will race her to X spot. Just pick somewhere up ahead and I'll tell her I'll race her but the rules are no running, only racing with walking as fast as you can.
