The key is that you have to tie it tighter than you think you need to in order to account for the stretch of the material. I would guess the moby isn't tied tight enough if it's sagging and you don't feel like it's supporting the baby enough. Have you tried watching youtube videos of tying it? It wasn't too bad it definitely gets stretched out but it wasn't too big a problem for us. For long distances I prefer the ergo. She's very big for her age and it didn't feel great to be carrying 21+ lbs around that way.<br /> We stopped using the infant insert with the ergo at eight weeks when she outgrew it. I feel like the moby is best for the early days when she wants to be super snuggled in.
