I fly between Houston and Chicago more than any other flight, so I'd flown on both many, many times, and I consistently found the service better on Continental. We now live in a smaller city that isn't a hub for anything, so I typically take what I can get with flights. But I still think I fly United more than anything else. Delta for trips to Detroit to visit DH's family, Southwest for trips to Texas, a lot of American Airlines/United Airways for other random places! For work, I tend to book whatever flight will get me there fastest, nonstop. For personal, I used to shop by price, but now nonstop and time of day definitely matters with toddlers! I wish I could use them more often. I usually choose them when I'm flying for work. They are a bit pricey for personal flights.
