@Shantuck: I have always made PB&J sandwiches like that! I didn't even know people didn't do that until my husband packed my lunch for work one day!

Another vote for Hello Fresh! I tried it for the convenience factor, but they ended up being the most delicious meals! Like better than restaurant dishes! Now we do 4 meals a week from them.

Also, my Roomba is a total life saver. When I get home from work to beautiful clean floors I want to do a little dance!

I recently downloaded the gmail inbox app. It uses machine learning to suggest three short responses to emails you receive, and you can click the one you want. They're not always perfect, but pretty good. The algorithm includes your past responses to similar emails to try to mimic your patterns of response. A life saver for quickly responding to lots of work emails that only need a short response.

I just discovered that you can make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and freeze them. We were making them daily for my son's lunch so now we make a weeks worth on Sunday. The trick is to spread a little peanut butter on the jelly side before the jelly so it creates a barrier and the sandwich doesn't get soggy as it thaws. Lunches get assembled so much more quickly now!

The only one that I have discovered recently is the Lena cup. Holy moly I didn't know this was a thing. My period has been horrendous since the second baby and this is so much better than tampons! I am on my first month using it and haven't a leak yet.

Voxer - it's not a life saver, but it's a walkie-talkie type app. Prior to my SIL letting me know about it, we'd try to call each other here and there, but we'd always miss each other. It's essentially leaving a long voicemail for someone to listen to and get back to later. You still get to hear the person's voice, and you can do it in the car and not worry about texting. We Vox each other on the way to and from work. It's gotten us back in touch far more often, and is so easy. I love it!

WaWa's app - I love that you can reload the card right there. I don't have to have my purse with me or even any cash/credit cards. I don't usually take my purse when I'm working from home and drop the kiddos off at school, but sometimes I just want a coffee from WaWa. I always have my phone and I can use their app to pay. Love it!

Countable - it shows me what my representatives are voting on next and allows me to tell them how I feel about an issue. The feed will allow me to tell them what issues are important to me so that I can vote on them. They then send a fax or email to my representative's offices letting them know where I stand before they vote.

Nike+ RunClub - I hated the upgrades to the app initially, but now I love the coach. I love that I can switch around my training plan dependent upon if I skipped a run that day. You can set up a training plan from something as little as a 5k, to a marathon.

My mobile banking app - I don't know how people live without mobile deposit!!

I love this thread!

My hacks:
1) Anylist app- @babybean404: Ditto - love all the recipes/grocery shopping features. I also make lists for different stores (Target, Lowes/Home Depot, etc) - which is super helpful for non urgent items from a store that you go to only occasionally.

2) Online shopping with in store pick up - perfect for when you need something quick (Nordstrom, Container Store, Gap, etc). My local Nordstrom will even bring your in store pick up purchases to your car (so you don't have to get kids out of car seats)!!!

3) Clicklist - Kroger curbside grocery pick up

4) PrepDish.com - Paleo & Gluten Free meal planning service. The idea is to spend 1-3 hours prepping your food once a week, and then assemble & cook before dinner. They email me on Fridays and its so nice to know what we're having for dinner (and not have to decide "what's for dinner"). The first page is the menu (4 dinners, 1 breakfast, a salad, and a snack) and the grocery list (by category). The 2nd & 3rd pages are the prep instructions, and the 4th page is the directions for what to do day of to assemble/cook/heat. Its such an efficient way to prep meals and I love the variety.

5) Mommastrong.com - 15 minute HIIT workouts designed for busy moms for only $2 per month

I use a couple of local apps for train timetables and purchasing tickets.

I can't really think of anything else, to be honest. Subscription services are not my thing, with the exception of Netflix.

1. AnyList. Can share lists with my husband, import recipes I see on my phone or computer and automatically add ingredients to the list, meal plan, save lists for later (i.e. Packing lists for trips with babies), tag items at specific stores, on and on and on. I love this app!

2. Putting an outlet in a closet so the printer stays out of the way but still plugged in. And having a printer connected to my iPhone. I do all our clothes shopping online so this is key for returns! It was not cheap to hire an electrician but I just did a Gap return from my bed and that is priceless.

Hate to be boring but I LOVE Amazon Prime Pantry. I buy all of our pantry staples there and they let you view your past orders, sort by how often you purchase it, and then re-order.

I also have a screen dimmer app that dims my phone screen for the times I set (9pm-6am) Helps my eyes and reminds me to go to bed!

Walmart Grocery Pick-up. It's AMAZING! You select what you want, pay for it, schedule a pick up window, let the app know when you are there, and they come to your car and pack it up without you even leaving your car. It also helps me to save money because I can see how things add up in the cart.

Pepperplate app - saves my recipes, saves my grocery store aisles, I can add to my shopping list directly from the recipes.

Le Tote - like StitchFix but it's rental. For $40-60/month, you get however many boxes of clothing you want. For $40, it's 2 articles of clothing and an accessory, for $60 it's 3 clothing, 2 accessories. It's free 2-day shipping, you wear the stuff as much as you want, then free 2-day shipping to return it. As soon as the return shipping label is scanned, they schedule your next tote to ship! And you can pick out what you want in your tote.

LastPass password manager - I use the fingerprint log-in on my phone, and it fills in passwords for me. It changes my repetitive and/or unsecure passwords to something stronger.

@Pancakes: what @youboots: said. We do the 5 meals a week option. Recently, they've added breakfast and premium options. I've switched some of our meals to breakfast. We haven't done premium yet because every other week or so you're sent steak, so going upgraded on it, isn't a big deal for us. For the family size one, you can pick 3 meals a week. With a toddler and preschooler, the 2 person meals feed us since they send generous amount of potatoes and couscous.

Another vote for Hello Fresh. We do it weekly and love it. It's saved us a lot of money on food and food waste.

Home Chef - same idea as Blue Apron but I've found the recipes to be a lot easier to make and more to our tastes.

Paprika - meal planning app/website where you can import and categorize all your recipes, plan out the week, and automatically populate your grocery list. I am terrible at meal planning and this was a game changer - it's expensive (like $20) but so worth it.

Another vote for Stitch Fix - it's really helped me up my style game at work with minimal effort.
