@dagret: I keep meaning to put some away and give him a few new ones. I definitely agree that variety is key!

@dagret: @Mrs. Bee: I'll have to pick up the BE take along tunes! Thansk for the recs :)

at that age baby einstein take along tunes was a favorite for both charlie and olive. olive also loved egg shakers. a music table is also a really great toy for that age, and lift the flap books!

Good for your DH! :) M is 10 months and she loves her ring stacker and stacking cups from ikea. Anything she can bang on (little xylophone) and her activity table (fisher price laugh & learn).

ETA: we recently got some low shelves so she can see the toys and pull them down herself. I think that's made the toys more interesting to her for some reason.

L is 7 months and loves baby Einstein take-along tunes and this plush stacker we got this month in our citrus lane box. Right now he's going to town on a bright starts lion stroller toy that he hasn't seen in a while. I think variety is key...I put things away for a while and then bring them out again.

DS is almost 8 months and we are looking to get him some toys that are more interactive. DH actually just said to me, "You should ask Hellobee what toys they like!"
