What are my options for one day per week care? We have no family local. His daycare does drop in days, but they are limited to certain # per calendar year and subject to availability, which isn't known until the day before/day of, from what I understand. The other monkey wrench in all this is that the preschool follows a school calendar, so a two week winter break, a week spring break, 3 month (approx) summer break, etc. </p> <p>The other option I can think of is a baby-sitter/nanny and re-enrolling for summers. </p> <p>Has anyone else been in a similar situation? What other options should I consider? </p>
