Safeway select soups are my go to. Also any pasta leftovers seem to reheat the best and require no morning prep.

My DH got a new job and needs to bring a lunch, we just picked up sandwich stuff and those to-go soups. He will probably also bring leftovers from dinner the night before.

veggie burgers! i put a frozen patty in a container and some cheese and bread in baggie. by the time lunch time rolls around, the burger is thawed out enough to nuke it for 30-45 seconds and put together a quick, warm sandwich.

i also bring soup and heat it up!

Leftovers! I' have been just trying to make more servings at dinner, then I get 2-3 leftovers with that meal. Or Sandwiches, Salads, Lean Cuisines

I need to start better planning and preparing my meals to bring to work. I have been eating horrible lately and spending too much $$$ on food. Any ideas? What do you working moms eat for lunch?
