Awh okay, I'm going out to buy some ingredients soon! Calazones would be good, hmm spinach, ricotta and garlic would be a yummy filling! I want to stuff as much nutrients into my meals since a few of my friends said their milk wasn't coming in after their babies were born because they were eating really crappy foods just for the convenience :-/

Our Best Bites just did a post with a printable freezer meal "cookbook". I like all of the recipes I've tried of theirs (the creamy tomato soup is awesome by the way). http://www.ourbestbites.com/2012/06/how-to-stock-your-freezer-with-freezer-meals/

Frozen veggie burgers are something I've made before, very yummy!

I froze burritos, calzones and spanikopita. Kinda wish I still had a stash in my freezer.

I'm drawing a blank! Breakfast is covered, I've cut up some fruit for morning smoothies, I have low-fat bran muffins and I've cooked up turkey bacon for a fast egg white breakfast sandwich.

But nothing for dinner! I could probably do a whole wheat pasta casserole or something with steamed veggies? What were some meals/recipes you made before baby arrived? Maybe I can ask DH to grill some veggie burgers now (he works long hours so he's rarely here around dinner time).
