I literally only get ads that are for the things I look at on the Internet (so Nordstrom and Ann Taylor are regulars in my ad bar!). I assumed that means the ads are set to target you by "learning" your browsing history. Actually, my friend who works for Microsoft in the ad/marketing department told me that's what a lot of browser ads are set up to do.<br /> I'm sure that's not the case with that ad you saw though!
