Baklava, cannoli, bubble tea, tres leches cake

My fav are these caramel balls my Brazilian coworker makes for birthdays. They are soft, chewy homemade caramel dipped in chocolate. They're called brigadeiros and they're amazing!

Oh man. I'm with you on Mochi. I was super excited when I found Mochi Ice Cream at Whole Foods. I grew up in Hawaii so I love a lot of the Asian desserts. And Malasadas are a super favorite. :D

This thread is making me hungry. I'm bad with dessert names because by the time I get to it, I'm usually in food coma... but my favorites are those Sesame balls you get at Dim Sum. Is it called Jin Duey??? If you know the name, let me know... and that yummy pillowy yet slightly chewy almond cake. Do you know what I'm talking about?

Mexican wedding cookies

There was some sweet doughy deliciousness one of my elementary school friend's mom made with our class. They were from India. I wish I knew what it was. My mom made stuffed grape leaves, so the sweat treat may not have even been Indian.
