D wears what he wants and I don't stress it.</p> <p>Also, haircuts. I cut DH's hair, but D won't let me do his. I'd rather not pay for it to be done when I can do it for free, so he'll talk my dad or his dad into getting it done when he's with them. It's a battle I've stopped fighting, so he's pretty shaggy right now.</p> <p>oh, and with M it's naps. I've stopped trying to get him scheduled. For example, if she refuses to wake-up in the morning and doesn't have time to eat breakfast (that I've already prepared), then I just let her go to dagis without breakfast (since it'll be snack time soon anyway). I've given up on the me taking it out/him putting it back in - if having a yellow mega block in the diaper bag and his bed make him that happy, I figure it's not hurting anything. I fought it for a while but it just caused unnecessary drama and made bedtime a nightmare. She is almost 3 so I am over it....bow it is!</p> <p>She also picks her own clothes and has some interesting combos. I only override for special occasions! </p>
