I'm sure it depends on the brand, but my SIL ordered a Britax and had it shipped to us and the car seat was in with the stroller box. FWIW, she's Canadian too and decided to go with the car seat anyways. Because of how it was packaged, customs didn't give her any trouble because it just looked like a stroller. Walmart.com is apparently a completely separate division than the store even though you can have items shipped to the store for free. We ordered our crib online and had it delivered to the store but it was damaged. Instead of being able to return the crib and re-order in store we had to return it and then go home and re-order online. After ordering it I realized the car seat is illegal in Canada so I just want the stroller. But ordering a new stroller won't arrive on time, and they don't have it in stores. </p> <p>They do sell the stroller alone, but obviously it's another item number. Do you think there's any chance they would actually sell me the stroller alone? I'm going to attempt it but figured maybe someone had some WM return/purchase policy background. </p>
