DD used to get stuff like that - it almost looked like varicose veins and it never seemed to bother her and she didn't act any different so we didn't do anything about it. They are more like a skin discoloration than a rash.</p> <p>He seems perfectly happy and healthy. A quick Google search tells me they might be petechiae but then all the random posts / info I find about that occurring in infants is the scary fear-mongering "you should take your baby to the ER NOW!" type stuff. I can't find any facts.</p> <p>Anyone seen this before?
