I haven't narrowed down what it is exactly but my hands (only my hands, up and just past my wrists) turn bright red, get covered in tiny white bumps and start to burn. I went through a spell where I'd have a Benadryl on hand whenever I tested a new lotion. The only stuff I can use is Renew and Eucerin. </p> <p>I also have bad, usually migraine-inducing seasonal allergies.</p> <p>DH is allergic to wool. He can tell if something has even a little bit of wool in it because his throat starts to close up. He's fine once he's not touching it, doesn't need an epi pen or anything.</p> <p>ETA: I'm also mildly allergic to one of my cats...the one with a ton of dander no matter how often he gets brushed. I have a pretty nasty intolerance to doxycycline &amp; erythromycin, but not an anaphylactic reaction like I would to penicillin or ceclor. And a very mild egg white allergy that only seems to be an issue if I eat too many meringues :D I still eat eggs though, but I test positive for egg white allergies. I outgrew my red dye allergy! It's gotten a lot better the older I've gotten, now it's just if I wear cheap necklaces and stuff like that, particularly in the summer when I'm sweating, but when I was a baby I would get tiny snap-shaped rashes on my body from onesies and it wasn't until I was in my early 20s that I stopped getting a rash all over my belly from jeans buttons. I always had to wear tank tops tucked in.</p> <p>Otherwise, just sulfa (I get hives) and seasonal allergies (not sure exactly what I'm allergic to but my money's on pollen).
