<description>&#60;p&#62;errrr. doritos intense pickle chips, 6 chocolate timbits, 6 large iced coffees (3 milk 6 splenda no beverage base), bacon &#38;amp; cheese turkey burger (supper, DH made, can you tell?), 2 slices of toast (brown) with butter and strawberry jam, cheese omelet (best friend made - notice a pattern? actual food = someone else cooking). Oh and 3? handfuls of milk chocolate chips.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;God I eat like crap.

<description>&#60;p&#62;For breakfast I used up leftovers- made a pork loin hash with apples and onions, over shredded fried potatoes. Lunch was leftover stuffed shells. A banana for a snack, and I am making osso bucco, Brussels sprouts with pancetta and mashed potatoes for dinner. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I also have 2 baguettes baking (mistake...forgot the sugar and salt in the dough) and 3 loaves of bread about to go into the oven.

For lunch I used leftover chicken salsa from crockpot and threw some pasta.&#60;br /&#62;
Dinner will be leftovers from last night. We made our take on banh mi sandwiches! Smoked pork loin w/ Vietnamese inspired slaw with bacon &#38;amp; cilantro! Yummy.

<description>&#60;p&#62;We had portobello mushroom burgers last night and had a leftover mushroom, so for lunch today I broiled a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of it and then added a tomato slice, pesto mayo and cooked spinach. And potato chips (on the side), lol. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;For dinner tonight I'm planning on making sweet potato and black bean enchiladas. My husband requested (challenged) me to cook vegetarian this week.
