&#60;p&#62;I freaking LOVE the myfitnesspal app bc I can track my calories (lost 4lbs since I started using it the first week of January - have lost 5lbs total since New Years). It keeps me from mindlessly eating when I'm not even hungry. I used to snack on LO's snacks or eat her leftovers...those add up so quick!

&#60;p&#62;Lunch- probably chicken salad sandwich. And a cupcake when R takes a nap. Maybe some hummus and carrots. Depends what I want!&#60;/p&#62;
