What doesn't she eat might be a shorter list. We stay away from shellfish, eggs directly and milk/dairy products all for allergy reasons. Besides that she has loved everything she's tried besides bananas. She's def a carnivore.
Loves pork chops, turkey, smoke salmon, apples, anything slathered in hummus, Belgian waffles, applesauce. You name it, the girl eats it! She LOVeS homemade pasta with homemade pasta sauce. First thing she actually liked more than the meat that was on her plate!

He typically eats an egg yolk, toast fingers, and some sort of fruit cut up for breakfast. Sometimes he gets yogurt. For lunch, he usually has some type of meat and veggies, like broccoli, squashes, sweet potato or carrots. Oftentimes its just leftovers. And for dinner, he has whatever we're eating. Tonight I cooked acorn squash, wild rice, and some wild duck my husband shot yesterday.

We do some purees and some regular food. She will pretty much eat any purees. As for table food, she really can eat anything except sweets, peanut butter and honey. You arent supposed to do any of those until after a year.

We do some organic baby food pouches (Plum, Earth's Beast, etc.). We also do pureed sweet potatoes and beets that I have stored in the freezer, avacado, greek yogurt, and whatever other soft food we have on hand. Yesterday I finally tried out food that contains wheat and eggs. We gave DD a quarter of a waffle that we made. She loved it, and she really enjoyed feeding herself.

LO will be 8 months in a week and we still do mostly purees with some bigger chunks of things like chicken or beef. Kid looooves meat and will eat it any time. Otherwise I feed him sweet potato, squash, Greek yogurt, applesauce, avocado, pumpkin (I stocked up on organic canned pumpkin over the holidays), carrots, kale (cooked in soup) and peas. I'll also smoosh up some roasted veggies when we have them for dinner, and I make soup a lot so I give him the meat and veggies from that too, which seems to be his favorite. I'm trying to transition to feeding him the same things we are eating just to make it easier. :)

My LO is 8 months and trying to feed him is so overwhelming to me. He still eats some purées and some table food but I want to make sure what he eating is good for him. Needing some suggestions!
