I'm not sure if that's enough. They love camping but have everything and short of paying for a reservation for them, there's no real thing we can get them. I always have more ideas for MIL than FIL. </p> <p>Not sure what else. DH has a big family with 6 sets of aunts and uncles, 12 cousins, and a grandfather to buy for. It's overwhelming, and I know we're expected to get his parents a big gift. For the last few years we've sent them mid-range thoughtful gifts, and they've sent us cheap joke gifts (seriously, one year they sent me rubber gloves with fake jewellery attached to them). Last year, when they sent my son two tiny cheap toys, was the last straw, so this year we were going to send cheap joke gifts as well, but then instead made a deal with them that they'd buy gifts for the two "boys" (my 23 and 19 year old brother in laws) from us and we'd buy gifts for B from them (note that this was my idea but I still resent it. He's their only grandson! They should want to buy him presents!). It was easy and his mom loved it.</p> <p>Now that we are married DH handles their gifting. He usually alternates who gets the big gift between them (one year it was a golf trip with his dad, the next concert tickets for his mom).
