Sunday we are going to my parents, DH is doing ribs on the Green Egg for everyone, cooking them at home. I think everyone else is bringing pasta salad, hash brown casserole (a Dad request), corn on the cob, and another veggie. There are these insanely huge "cowboy" steaks at a local butcher that DH and my dad both love so they will grill up those. Probably some fish or shrimp too and a bunch of grilled veggies. DH requested I make beer battered onion rings. We'll also have corn on the cob (FIL loves it and so do the girls) and some kind of potato dish. Will probably ask BIL to contribute that.</p> <p>DH wants mojitos to be the drink of the day. :P </p>
