We usually go to a big thing at our friends' house (like 30 people) but they aren't doing it this year. He would probably prefer to have more people than just the 2 of us but I'm kind of looking forward to it. </p> <p>That being said, I'm cooking and we're keeping it simple.<br /> - Turkey breast, made in the crock pot (I made this last year and it was so easy and so good!)<br /> - Sauteed green beans<br /> - Mashed sweet potatoes (his request)<br /> - salad<br /> - maybe another starchy thing. I really like dressing or mac &amp; cheese, he doesn't care, so we'll see. </p> <p>And for dessert, trying a new recipe - banana pudding pie. The crust is made up of crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter.
