I love them to death but I'm kinda apprehensive. I'm only nearly 5 weeks pregnant, but we may end up having to tell them already because they smoke a lot. We lived with them for a few months, so I feel like if we asked them not to smoke around me they would figure it out and I'd rather just tell them.</p> <p>The issue is that we told them immediately last time and within a week, almost the entire town knew. That was rough because we miscarried at 9 weeks.
