It gave me the back support I needed, and the rocking motion was soothing to the both of us. Also, a good nursing pillow and cover. I used the Boppy with DS#1, but just bought the My Brest Friend pillow for DS #2. The Boppy lost support after a few months, and I think that the MBF pillow will give me more back support.</p> <p>I also loved our Moby wrap. It was great to have a carrier that could be used in a variety of positions, and was quite comfortable. We live in a very small house and it definitely helps filter out some of the noise so she can sleep. Until 4.5 months another must have was the summer infant swaddleme wraps. She got out of regular blankets from the very beginning and these were a godsend. One big surprise must have has been the boppy pillow. I didn't breastfeed so I didn't expect to use one but because someone gave me one I started laying the baby on it on the floor and she absolutely loves it. It isn't large by any means, but we used an IKEA Hemnes dresser as a changing table. It just fits in the space and I wouldn't have it any other place.
