Healthy fats (avocado), lots of protein (eggs) and tons of water! I would just eat often, every 2 hours or so but keep the meals small.

Eating more meat and eggs seems to help me when I see a supply dip. I've been able to work some crossfit style workouts in a few days a week for the last few months while still making enough, and my supply is not great to begin with.

Agree with lots of calories. I've had a cold/cough for almost 2 weeks and have been eating less just because having cold kills my appetite, and I'm shocked to see how it has affected my supply. And I'm still eating--just less!

Last night I forced myself to eat a huge dinner even though I wasn't that hungry and my supply was back to normal this morning for the first time in a week.

LOTS of water and lots of calories. Unfortunately, the calories may counteract weight loss, but... you will still get in better shape.

For awhile I was doing the Couch to 5k program, I got about 5 weeks in when my milk supply took a nose dive & I out my efforts on hold. I recently made the transition to eating "clean" & I'd really like to start running again (I loved it & it was a fun activity for LO & I) but feeding my child is far more important to me. Any tips on how to ensure I can keep up with running & my supply?
