Or I would be friends with people in my dream that I only barely knew in real life. I very rarely had nightmares when I was young </p> <p>I rarely remember my dreams but now when I dream it's often the longest work day of my life with so many things happening at the office - so stressful for me!. </p> <p>I also now frequently have what I call nightmares which usually involve a public restroom that is absolutely filthy and disgusting and every stall is just awful but I have no choice to use it. It's weird bc in real life I dont feel like I'm a germaphobe or have issues with public restrooms but it is a recurring nightmare for me. Usually they are just really weird, and occasionally they are very scary. They almost always involve people I know and I can usually remember a number of details. I do occasionally have nightmares and they can be pretty frightening. Like the trying to yell but nothing comes of, running but legs won't move, falling, being chased, Etc. I can remember up to 6 dreams when I wake up in vivid detail. I have nightmares pretty much every single night, usually they have the same theme, and I have a lot of recurring dreams. I know I dream in color, but I've read that some people only dream in black and white.</p> <p>What are your dreams like? </p>
