That is hands down my new favorite. Everyone writes a phrase on a piece of paper. They then hand the paper to the person to their right. That person draws a picture of the phrase on a new piece of paper, and then passes that to their right. Then the next person tries to write down the phrase that the picture depicts on a fresh piece of paper. Then you pass to the right again and the next person draws the phrase that was just written. You repeat, until each phrase has completed a full circle, and then share the results (including the phrase that came back after doing a full circle around the room). At one point my husband was sitting under the kitchen table, my mom was wearing a sock puppet on her hand and my Dad was doing the chicken dance! For under 8 people I like 7 wonders and we will do a word pictuonary game. You write a phrase the next person draws it and hides the phrase. Then you take the picture and write the phrase and go around the table.
