They used to make it in one of those old school Italian coffee pots you put on the stove. They always used to make me a little cup with probably a teaspoon of coffee and a cup of warm milk. You have to squeeze the pouch and put your thumb on the end of the straw while you insert it. I loved it! Our kids had a similar reaction the first time they sipped it the other day... it must have tons of sugar ha.
