Are you sure you used an 18 oz box of cake mix? I've even halfed the recipe and used the cheap little Jiffy box mix. </p> <p>I love the pumpkin cupcakes and the turkey pumpkin white bean chili. Not really spicy but really comforting. Also have make the shepherds pie (have one in the freezer right now). When it's warmer I like the peanut noodles recipe, but I made it in my first trimester and felt really sick and it turned me off. It is in a container in the seafood section. I think that it is an oz less then the recipe calls for but it enough. DH says that they are the best ones he has ever had.
