I really need to drink more tea; especially with reading all the benefits that it has for pregnant/nursing women.

My go-to that always refreshes me and makes me feel better is Tazo Passion tea. I'm not sure what blend it is, but I know that it is hibiscus, and it is AMAZING! Seriously, it is my Starbucks addiction, especially if I get the shaken tea-lemonade mix. To die for.

I don't drink tea a lot but when I do I have black tea or lemon with honey.

Hi, my name is hergreenapples and I am a tea addict.

I have countless types of loose-leaf tea on hand (at home and in my desk at work) at all times. This morning I'm sipping on a chocolate mint black tea (it's really cold this morning, so it seemed to fit the day). Usually though I drink toasted walnut green tea, mango sencha, organic breakfast tea or this super yummy chocolate chili chai.

Honestly, it's the thought of a warm cup of delicious tea that gets me out of bed most mornings!

I love chai - that's my favourite. I also really like earl grey & lady grey. really, I'm game for any black or oolong tea, then white & herbals, & I'm not a fan of green teas at all.

I tend to like more traditional, actual teas. I guess it's cultural as I come from a nation of black tea drinkers.

I do really like Lady Grey tea. I've gone off Earl Grey. If I feel like something different I'll have green mint tea. Good for tummy upsets too.

I love hot teas. I probably have a collection of about 15 teas. My favorite is MightyLeaf's Chamomile Citrus. I also like Tazo's Wild Sweet Orange and Passion teas. I purchased about every flavor of Lipton's pyramid teas. They're just ok.

I like teas with fruity hints.

Oh, I love Mango Ceylon that Panera Bread carries. I forget who makes it but I found it in the store and just had to buy it. Oh, Republic of Tea makes it.

I'm a big rooibos fan. I keep several canisters of Teavana loose leaf on hand (and miss them now that I'm tealess). Some of my faves are their rooibos chai, rooibos haute chocolate, and their cloud nine.

My aunt is an ND and makes teas and sells them at her office. My favorite is one she makes called "Happy Hibiscus." It has lemongrass, hibiscus, rosehips, and maybe one or two other things in it. It is delicious and it is a beautiful red color once its prepared. Yummm :)

I buy a lot of tea from Tea Forte (usually loose leaf for decaf options) and I love a TON of them. Citrus Mint is great (especially if you're feeling a bit sick to your stomach), they have a great chia option, and they do a lot of seasonal varieties.

Rooibos tea is naturally caffeine free.

I love loose leaf tea! I say go to a tea shop and have at it :) Buy an oz of a few flavors that sound/smell best and taste test.

My hubs just bought some loose tea - Amaretto black tea. It has almonds, some sort of bark, orange blossoms, vanilla, and other things that make it delicious. It's decaf so I have some every evening. I still have my coffee in the morning!

I've been starting every morning with a cup of tea lately because coffee has too much caffeine for me. I mix it up between Chai and Green Tea, but I also love Jasmine, Oolong, and Earl Grey.

I'd love to add some new (decaf preferably) teas to my routine! Do you have any favorites?
