both charlie and olive love peas. just boil them and i add a little bit of butter!

broccoli, cauliflower, and mushrooms i sautee with garlic, sesame oil and soy sauce (although now i use coconut aminos which tastes like soy sauce but is made with coconut instead of soy).

butter and parmesan cheese gets olive to eat most veggies like zucchini!

So far my 9 month old will readily eat green beans, broccoli, butternut squash, sweet potato, and cauliflower. I usually just steam or roast so that its soft enough and add a little bitter and Parmesan cheese. I'm having a tough time with other vegetables though--what works for you ladies? Veggie meals or sides that you regularly rely on? He still needs them pretty soft. Thank you!
