I like http://simplysadiejane.com/2014/01/6-week-at-home-crossfit-inspired-workouts-week-1.html

I find that it is a good mix of things and even when I can't do the whole workout it keeps me in track. I also like Nerd Fitness.

I usually create my own tabata workouts that only use body weights or Dumbbells. I'll do 30 minutes cardio and about 20 minutes tabata. I have a tabata app on my phone and mix up exercises on what I'm looking to target.

@PixieStix: there is one like 45 minutes away. I have a YMCA membership, and there are some great classes there too (body pump is a great weights class that is also high repetitions and sounds pretty similar), but the times just don't always work out with my schedule, so I do mostly independent workouts. So I'm looking more for an actual workout plan.

I do a full body work out class at the gym called "body works plus abs" at an LA Fitness gym. It focuses on smaller weights (2.5 lbs, 5 lbs and 7.5lbs weights) with more repetition. It combines moves from pilates, yoga, and other work outs. It's an hour work out and has some hard moves that works on the really small muscles. I've never been a weight lifter EVER, but this class has helped me get some noticeable muscle tone. Thanks to the class I can now hold a plank for a minute and a half solid.

One unique move we do (to me anyways), is seratus push ups. It helps work the small muscles between your shoulder blades. I'd never seen them before doing this class.

Do you have an LA Fitness in your area? If not, maybe you can find some info on the class.

I am needing some inspiration. I've written some of my own workouts, found some online, used some from past training sessions - but I need some new stuff. I like a mix of lifting and cardio, but I like limited equipment only because I hate jumping from machine to machine in the gym.

what are you favorite gym routines? I'm open to either full body or split routines! some weeks I only make it in 3-4x, so full body is nice. but other weeks I like split because I'm there more often.
