I sound like a weirdo but I like reading musical scores, haha! (It made me laugh to write that!) All things outdoors. Hiking, even walking!, boating sailing canoeing kayaking fishing swimming, camping, climbing, sledding you name it. I lived outside for a summer working for the park service and hiked over 12 miles a day. Oil painting (I love studying a painting of interest and imagining what the artist went through in creating the work.) Farming and cooking and food. Other cultures. Minimalism. The ocean. Experiencing a moment. Problem solving. Growing and nurturing indoor plants. Motorcycles and vintage cars. I feel like the biggest weirdo haha! I have such fond memories, I remember when there were chicks, my mom would let us take them inside and they would sit on us as we sat on the couch and watched TV. :) ...and then there would be those random times when a rooster would somehow get into our house and we would have to chase them all over and try to catch them.... haha! Even if you don't have the ability to devote much time to your interests at this point in your life, they can still be your interests! :) Some of mine are: -Fashion -Makeup -Reading -History -"Outdoor adventures" as I call them, but basically anything in the sunshine like hiking, hanging out at the beach, kayaking, boating (and other water sports), fishing, camping (LOVE TO CAMP), etc. -Cooking (but not baking) -Working out -Music (especially piano) -I feel silly writing this one, but lately I have become especially interested in fish and other water creatures. We have a family beach cabin and I love reading about what lives in the water around there. My DD and I have been reading a lot about tropical fish lately, too, and I can't seem to get enough! I kind of feel that in another life, I should have been a marine biologist. :) What about you?
