It's easy for DH, he just grabs the baby and diaper bag. I also have to pack my lunch, my huge pumping bag, and my purse/work bag. All of those things have cold items in them so I have to throw it all together at the last minute while LO screams in his car seat. And then carry it all down a flight of stairs ... in heels. She hasn't outgrown it by height or weight yet...so we haven't taken the plunge on buying two convertible seats yet.
