If they have a special event like a puppet show they usually will do one during the day for SAHPs and one in the evening for WOHPs. Without a lot of community support, library budgets tend to really get slashed and it shows in the hours. What about weekends? Our library is open until 8pm during the week, but closed on Thursdays. It's open Saturday until 1pm and closed Sunday's. It's nice that it's open in the evenings for working parents, but unfortunately all of the events happen during the day, like story time. </p>
