He is at a private elementary school that goes from Preschool - 8th grade. Do you know if thats a state wide thing or maybe just depends on the school? The school goes from tk - 8th grade. The kinders go from 9-2. The elementary go from 8:30-2:40 and the middle school goes from 8-2:40. They just have a little longer day as they get older. </p> <p>Tk is called transitional kindergarten. They bumped up cut off for five year Registering for kindergarten from December to September but now they offer transitional kindergarten for those kids that have late birthdays. So my daughter turns five in October. We are on the waiting list for the morning session.</p> <p>LO 2 will attend preschool 3 days a week. The hours are 9-2 but I am doing the option for morning/afternoom care so I can drop off at 7 and pick up at 6 if needed. </p>
