Tuesday - NY steak and roasted veggies&#60;br /&#62;
Wednesday - Chicken curry with rice&#60;br /&#62;
Thursday - Leftovers&#60;br /&#62;
Friday - Lettuce wraps&#60;br /&#62;
Saturday - Leftovers&#60;br /&#62;
Sunday - Corn chowder and tossed salad&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Breakfasts are usually steel-cut oatmeal and scrambled eggs.  Lunches this week are homemade chicken salad sandwiches and salad.

Thursday - Ground Beef (probably tacos)&#60;br /&#62;
Friday - out or something easy like pizzas.

Tuesday: Nachos and salad (we wouldn't normally have nachos for dinner, but DH prepped all the ingredients for the Superbowl and then didn't end up making them!)&#60;br /&#62;
Wednesday: Pork and cashew stir-fry&#60;br /&#62;
Thursday: Steak salad&#60;br /&#62;
Friday: Take-out night&#60;br /&#62;
Saturday and Sunday: DH cooks!&#60;br /&#62;
Breakfasts: Green smoothies (almond milk, OJ, protein powder, frozen banana, frozen berries, Greek yogurt and baby spinach)&#60;br /&#62;
Lunches: Salad with chicken, hard-boiled egg, bacon, avocado and assorted veggies

<description>&#60;p&#62;M: Baked sausage, honey-ed and curried carrots and apples, and either quinoa or brown rice.&#60;br /&#62;
Tu: Either leftovers or orzo ratatouille, depending on what's left.&#60;br /&#62;
W: If Tu was leftovers, then orzo ratatouille. If not, eggs poached in a spicy tomato sauce and sauteed spinach or turkey sandwiches. We're leaving on for a long weekend on Th morning, so nothing extravagant.&#60;br /&#62;
Th: We're planning on going to a steak house we went to on our honeymoon--hands down, without a doubt the very best steak I've ever had in my life, before or since (Prime rib, rare).&#60;br /&#62;
F: I have no idea. We'll be with DH's family at a cabin in the mountains.

Tuesday: pot roast+veggies&#60;br /&#62;
Wednesday: beef tostadas (made with leftover pot roast)&#60;br /&#62;
Thursday: leftovers (i have tomato soup, mulligatawny, and shredded chicken already in the fridge)&#60;br /&#62;
Friday: Steak+salad&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I grocery shop and meal plan on Saturday mornings, so I don't plan the weekends until that morning.

Saturday-Date night&#60;br /&#62;
Sunday-Beef stew
