We used Similac at first because that's what the hospital had used, but then we switched to Gerber for a while because of his reflux and because we thought he might be having a harder time digesting lactose. Then we tried Similac Sensitive and the Target version of it (surprise, we liked Target brand better) because the lactose wasn't as broken down and we wanted to see how he tolerated it. Then finally we moved to Honest Company and stayed on that until DS was about 12 months. He didn't tolerate whole cow's milk at 1 year, so we did 1 month of Enfagrow Toddler Stage 2 and then tried mixing in milk again and he did fine.
