My hair sheds like CRAZY. @Mrs. Jacks: I used Organix Coconut Milk for several months, but I think it had too much protein for me because my hair started getting brittle and rough. :( I love how it smells though! Usually it's Pantene or Herbal Essences, or sometimes Tressemee. I use Moroccan Oil as a treatment afterwards so I figure it doesn't matter what I use to wash it. I do make sure to switch between shampoos every few days since using the same shampoo over and over causes buildup.
